Solar Program FAQs

Get quick answers to the questions homeowners ask us most.

If I move, what happens?

There are no liens on the property and the solar agreement transfers to the new homeowner the same way the utility bill does now. It's a seamless transition designed for flexibility.

What happens with bad weather?

Regional weather patterns are taken into account and system production is based on long-term averages. Occasional cloudy or stormy days are already factored in, so your long-term output remains reliable.

What happens if there is damage?

The system is fully warrantied and maintained. If any damage occurs, homeowners can simply contact support to get repairs handled promptly by the experts.

What happens at the end of the term?

Homeowners usually have a few options: renew the agreement, apply for a new system, take ownership of the system, or have it removed at no cost. You choose what works best for your future.

Will I still lose power?

Yes, when the grid goes down the solar system automatically shuts down to prevent backfeed into the grid while crews are working. To keep power during an outage, battery storage or a generator is needed.
